Mustapha El Alaoui was born in the Old Medina of Fes, Morocco, in 1994.He achieved his Master's degree in Micro-Electronics from the Faculty of Sciences Dhar EL Mahraz (FSDM), Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah University (USMBA), Fez, Morocco, in 2017. In 2021, he successfully completed his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the Laboratory of Computer Science, Signals, Automation, and Cognitivism (LISAC), Department of Physics, FSDM, USMBA, Fez, Morocco.Currently serving as a Professor in the Physics Department at the Faculty of Science, Mohammed V University in Rabat, Morocco. His diverse research interests encompass a broad spectrum of topics, including Li-Ion battery charger interface (BCI) and Battery Management Systems (BMS), both passive and active RFID tags, CMOS mixed-mode integrated circuit design, Integrated Class-D power output stage, renewable energy, Embedded systems, IA, DL, ML, Precision agriculture, and Smart Farming.He can be contacted at email:
